At RUE, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging when applicable
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Personalized or custom products
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for eligible items subject to inventory availability.
To request an exchange, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
If approved, RUE will cover the cost of the replacement shipment or refund.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our Customer Care team through the Contact page.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was shipped, RUE will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
